Track Name: Breathe Through the Choke
Breath Through the Choke

Verse 1:
I never thought that I could feel
so fictional, but still so real.
It is so hard to realise
someone you love will never compromise.
I will not fall. I must move on.
I've lost it all. I must be strong
I've come to find a strength inside
And now I see that I am still alive.
I see that I am still alive.

PreChorus:
Why does it seem that just now I
am starting to read between the lines?
See through the smoke, breathe past the choke.
I'm seeing with new eyes

Chorus:
I won't forget.
I won't regret all of the things that you have said.
I won't look back.
I won't unpack.
I must move on before you suck me in.

Verse 2:
I never thought I'd see the day
when I would see the world this way.
My eyes are clear.
It is my time to walk away.
Another path in life.

Track Name: The Whistleblower
The Whistleblower
Verse 1:
I have tried to see your side.
I have tried to walk inside your shoes.
I did right by you, you just didn't know it and now you've blown it.
But you have more than greed.
You bring down others with your deeds.
I have to take a stand,
even if I go down with you.

Verse 2:
I have tried to compromise.
I have tried to see things through your eyes.
I took the time to understand how it goes down;
comes back around.
'Cause you refuse to learn.
You insist on watching it all burn.
I have to take a stand
even if I go down with you.

PreChorus:
I won't wait until it's all over.
It won't pass on in time.
So I must try.
I will do what I can.
I won't live a lie.
I won't stand aside.
I won't let another one go down.
The truth will never die.
I hope I live to see it come to light.
Chorus:
If you get this letter: I didn't make it. I just hope I got it out there.
I just hope I got it out there.
Bridge:
To whom it may concern:
I regret to inform you -
You have been deceived; you have been denied.
In time, I hope you will come to understand
the lack of heart that lead to these circumstances.
For years beneath the surface;
the purposeful disturbance of the masses with disaster planned.
But underneath first glances
there was a plan to take it past the limit. But what was in it?
- Is what we're gunna see... Was it truth or a gimmick?
Track Name: Heroes
Heroes
Verse 1:
You criticised me just for thinking;
for being unlike you.
You have persecuted. You're deluted and a little bit F'd up too.
Verse 2:
You gave up dreaming. I'm inspired.
Yet your childhood still haunts you.
You gave up heroes when you
needed one.
One problem is now two

Chorus:
Need one more than ever.
Where have your heroes fallen?
Need one more than ever.
Where have your heroes fallen?
Need one more than ever.
Where have your heroes fallen?
Need one more.

Verse 3:
You don't consider what you've done to them.
All of the lives you've touched.
I only wonder what became of them... those open lives you shut.
Chorus:
Need one more than ever.
Where have your heroes fallen?
Need one more than ever.
Where have your heroes fallen?
Need one more than ever.
Where have your heroes fallen?
Need one more.

Bridge:
I know what it was that became between us.
We were young and dumb and didn't know ourselves.
You went down one road, and I another.
Maybe we'll meet one day.
I know what it was that became between us.
We were young and dumb and didn't know ourselves.
You went down one road, and I another.
Maybe we'll meet one day.
Track Name: Wounds WIll Heal
Wounds Will Heal

Verses:
I can still taste you on the tip of my tongue.
I can feel your breath inside my lungs.
I can feel your footsteps in my shoes.
Everything around me becomes you.
Though I know I deserve much more than this.
I'm still finding myself chasing this shit.
I know, I feel.
I hope it's real.
My wounds will heal.

Chorus:
Please God, don't let me fall. I'm not ready
Don't make me take this all. I'm not ready
Please God, don't let me fall, (don't) let me, let me fall.
Track Name: Undone
Undone - Official Lyrics:
Verse 1: One generation, then another, fighting all the time.
The same old battles, missing all the signs.
You say it's part of life, that there's no other way
but how can we be really living in this rusted cage.
I don't want to wait 'til it falls apart, before I open my eyes. I see where I gotta start.
I don't wanna live most of my life before you know how I think, before you know I have a heart.
I don't wanna see the same old battles wasting time, on and on. On and on.
I want my kids to know how much I love them waaay before I'm f#ckin' gone.
Chorus:
Far beyond, few between, rarely seen, but that doesn't mean that it isn't there.
I don't wanna become what I have strived to keep undone.
Far beyond, few between, rarely seen. Just watch it all just fall and wash, wash away.
I'm above the belief that it was
all for nothing. Tell me I am something.
Verse 2: I don't wanna drive the same old circles, knowing where they used to lead.
I don't wanna fight the same old problems, that other vultures seem to want to feed.
You see "cut your hair", I see "Kurt Cobain".
I see "small minded" when you see "only one way".
You see "no point", I see the "next generation".
I go to work while you're still on vacation.
It's okay, take your break. It's not like anyone's waiting for ya
to make your move and prove
that you're as good as you say you are.
Half the man that you can be, strong and understanding.
I'm not gunna react, I gotta be proactive.
Never turning away, look 'em right in the face.
And change the way we look at everything, everyone that's ever come. It has begun.
Verse 3: I don't understand why things are still around.
#1: Racism isn't dead yet. But we know that everyone has the same sweat and last breath. So what's left?
#2: And how it's come to criticize, without taking time to get to know your opponent.
Know for sure that they own it, before you blow a new hole in it.
How can you judge it if you haven't rolled around in it?
How can you hear the beat without the sound of it?
#3: And why's religion still a beef? Let's agree to disagree.
I bet we'd probably do a better job "if we all just get along".
Go along with our lives, without gettin' in people's faces.
#4: It's a disgrace that we aren't living in space yet.
#5: It's a disgrace that there's still hungry nations.
#6: Let's change the way we've come to look at things; sadness that it brings.
Let's push our brains and be the change.
Track Name: Dive
Dive - Official Lyrics
Verse 1:
You don't own me.
Oh, I must escape.
You're controlling.
Oh, I must find my way.
You would tame me
but I know who I am
and I know where I stand;
my line in the sand.
Chorus 1:
I don't owe you anything
that you hadn't lost before this started.
We were way too different, but we didn't know it at the time.
We didn't know we would dive.
We didn't know we'd sink so deep.
We didn't know we would dive.
Verse 2:
(You probably want me to say something like)
I don't blame you.
You are who you are.
I can't take you
away from where you start.
(But in reality, the truth is)
You would change me
but I know who I am and I know where I stand;
my line in the sand.
Bridge:
You can't hold me
Though you chain my hands
Can't control me
'cause I know where I stand.
Track Name: One Day Alone
One Day Alone - Official Lyrics

Verse 1:
He asked me,
"How do you go on
when everyone has come against you,
knowing everyday they plot to bring you down?"
He told me,
"Living for yourself is not enough. You've got to live for something else.
You've got to find your call to follow."
He said,
"They don't even know you
but they'd watch you burn to the ground.
They won't think before they
step on us; tie us up.
They don't even know you
but they wouldn't squirm at the sound."

Pre Chorus:
"Gimme one chance",
I told em.
"Gimme one day alone
to set it right;
make them believe
that we can break the walls.
Can't you see?"

Chorus:
I won't look away.
I won't loose my ground.
I won't pacify.
I won't sit back down.
As we come to rise,
As we come to see,
Refuse to close our eyes.
You can't take my dream!

Bridge:
Gimma solutions to the delusions.
Give me the strength to find a way to make it right; a purpose I can flight
and find a way to finally end the games..
To grow and own it;
the one you've always chosen.
You've worked so hard to hold it,
so don't let the bad times close it.
There will be ups and downs
with saints and clowns.
You've come too far to give up now,
I won't live with that taste in my mouth.
Too hard to let it go to waste.
You can quit and just throw it all away;
throw it in my face.
And I'll still be here, pushing the hope;
trying to be the change.

Verse 2:
He asked me,
"Why do you push through
when everyone here is against you,
knowing everyday they talk behind your back?"
I told him, "You have gotta see what they cannot.
You gotta learn what isn't taught.
You gotta find your call to follow."
He said, "They don't even know you
but they'd watch you burn to the ground.
They will shut you out or shoot you down.
Leave here now.
They don't even know you but they wouldn't squirm at the sound."

Pre Chorus:
"Gimme one chance",
I told 'em.
"Gimme one day alone
to set it right;
make them believe
that we can break the walls.
Can't you see?"

Chorus:
I won't look away.
I won't loose my ground.
I won't pacify.
I won't sit back down.
As we come to rise,
As we come to see,
Refuse to close our eyes.
You can't take my dream!

Line in the sand

Forget the past. Forget what's done.
You'll never change what has become.
They'll never get see the only proud thing left in me.
Sometimes these things, they never come by twice.
Sometimes they aren't so nice
Sometimes they open up your eyes
and change your life.
Cut the bullshit, say the words.
It's time we hear what must be heard. The truth is sometimes easier to hold if left untold.
We have a chance to become something bigger than ourselves.
Forget the petty little drama put there to keep you distracted.
Impact detected. Multi-misdirected . You've got to decide yourself. Decide your name. Decide you life. You gotta decide "I am not afraid."
So, who do you want to become; your army of one?
After you've passed and gone, where do you want to belong?
Where do you want your name to stack in the books? Or, was it just about looks?
What do you want to want tell your kids? What do you want to mean to them?
When do you wanna complain, or make a change?
Where you wanna draw the line? When you gunna make the time?
Where you wanna belong? Be Strong.
Your "Day One" begins now. All you gotta do is find a way inside your brain. You gotta say "This is where it ends! This is what I refuse to become!"
I decide myself! I decide my fate! I decide my purpose for existence!
Decide my struggle for survival; my code; compassion; direction.
This is who I am, and this is where I stand. This is who I am, and this is where I stand.

Verse 1:
I refuse to give up on you.
I don't care what it costs.
I refuse to let this die. I won't give in.
I won't go down. I must try.
Will you quit? Will you just give in? Or will you finally grow into your skin?

Pre Chorus:
"You are not machines. You are men" - Charley Chaplin

Breaking me down so that I can be your favorite pet.
I know you can change. I can
see it in your eyes. I swear, I've done this all before.
You'll see that you can become so much more.

V2: So maybe now we all must learn
to co-exist unless we want to
burn another hole into our
soul; because we cannot get along.
Do you think you can pick on me?
Well, I've got something that you've gotta see . . . .

Pre Chorus 2:
"You die to struggle, you die to win. You dare not to struggle, then G#d d#mn it, you don't deserve to win". - Fred Hampton
"We are better than we think, and not quite what we want to be." - Nikki Giovanni

"Why don't you live for the people? Why don't you struggle for the people? Why don't you die for them?" - Fred Hampton

Chorus:
I won't be taken by your kind; forsaking me.
Breaking me down so that I can be your favorite pet.
I know you can change. I can
see it in your eyes. I swear, I've done this all before.
You'll see that you can become so much more.

Verse1: Yea, I've lost my cool.
I've not seen it all,
but I've had my share.
At least I cared
enough to think of you;
enough to try and make it through.

Pre Chorus: Don't you know I'm still here?
Can you feel I'm not there?
Can you feel when I'm near?
Or can you even feel me at all?

Verse 2: You've lost it all,
or just so it seems,
but maybe there's more.
It seems you're torn,
but now it's time to see
the influence that you may be.

Pre Chorus: Don't you know I'm still here?
Can you feel I'm not there?
Can you feel when I'm near?
Or can you even feel me at all?

Chorus: I won't go down like you did.
No, I won't tear down
everything just to live.
Justify everything that you've done.
Anyone can see
you're no longer part of me.

Verse 3: Don't be concerned
with what they might think;
with what they might bring.
Just what would they do
if they knew the truth?
It all begins with you.

Outro: I won't take anymore of this.
I won't break down like you did.
You're no longer part of me.

Decisions

Verse 1:
Sometimes you only get one shot
to make your dreams; to get on top.
Sometimes it isn't easy, doesn't work your way.
It's not convenient for that day.
Sometimes you have to push to make things move.

Pre Chorus:
If I can find a way to change your mind and open up your eyes,
I can find a way to make it through.
You can't take away from me,
the beat inside made from my dreams.
I am who I am / was born to do
I am you . . . .

Chorus:
We live. We die. This will not change.
It's the decisions that we make.
We make our chances, make our choice.
What is your plan? Where is your voice?

Verse 2:
Sometimes it slaps you in the face.
Life wants to put you in your place.
But I don't even think you realize life is yours.
It's all you've got, so open doors.
Sometimes you have to push to make things move

Bridge:

What you make for yourself can't be what other people make for you.
What we do lasts forever.

Verse 1:
I hold my head in front of me.
(I) Haven't seen you in a while
(I) haven't seen you enough. It's just good to see your smile.
There is so much that I should have told you long ago.
There's is so much left to say. I wish I had another day. I wish I had another go.
I would tell you just how loved you really were,
and how much you impact the world around you.
All these lives you touched,
you think it's not enough,
but you made a change.

I would tell just how much you meant to us.
You taught us with experience.
And now you are poised to part from us.
It's still mysterious,
but you've made a change.
Here I am, one last day.
I've been gone on trips, was never one to stay.
Never thought it all would change.
Didn't want to say goodbye.

Chorus:
Now I just wish that I had made more time.
Wish that I could show you everything I ever wanted, just to see you shine.
But now we are here,
decisions made, and now it seems it's our last day.

Verse 2:
I walk into the waiting room
didn't know if I would see you.
Didn't know if I was too late,
did not know the way.

There is so much that I should have
made sure that you knew before.
There is so much left to tell.
I wish that you were feeling well.
I wish I had another go.

I would tell you just how good
it was to see the best in you
inspires me, and now you
have come to take your rest.
You belong with the best
and you made a change.
I would tell you just how loved you really were, and how much you impact the world around you.
All these lives you touched,
you think it's not enough,
but you made a change.
Here I am, head in hands.
So much that I simply want to
understand.
Didn't want to leave that night,
didn't want to say goodbye.

Chorus:
Now I just wish that I had made more time.
Wish that I could show you everything I ever wanted, just to see you shine.
But now we are here,
decisions made, and now it seems it's our last day.

Escalate:

Verse1:
He didn't know another way,
and everyone around would do more of the same.
He had no reason to expect there'd be change.
He dressed and spoke and voted() and smoked just' cause the ones around him (did).
And when they told , he'd go. They owned him. He just didn't know it.
He wanted just to fit in, just to belong.
Just to be someone among them,
but what would he become then.

Chorus 1:
He didn't know where he fit into the picture of things.
It seems all he had was dreams,
based on singular self serving circle of conformity
that normaly would give away in time to greater minds.
But the general consensus of the old ways of one town around him.
It bound him into one type of thinking;
always blinking, never seeing.
You can never go back,
so know where you're going.

Verse 2:
She was upset with everything,
and no one took the time to see what she could bring,
and everything wanted to burst at the seams.
She wanted someone who could make her happy, make it work.
She wanted someone who could read her mind and end the hurt.
Her mother never taught her how to find herself inside.
'Cause when it was time to find herself, she found a different ride.

Chorus2:
She didn't know how to let go/ control.
Instead, she let herself go into a bad situation.
Often, confrontational/irrational
opinions of resentment
would come out and ruin her commitments.
Cause eventually even the little things snowball into a wall of chaos
until it all begins to crumble.
Begins to take it's toll on both sides;
deny it for a time, but it still eats them on the inside.

Verse 3:
He was a good man on the inside, but on the outside he was a F^K11Ng A#SH01e.
He was mad when people didn't think just like him; didn't know where to begin.
Simple things would escalate/ devastate. The work around him would spin.
'Cause instead of understanding, he's demanding.

Conclusion:
What seems to be between? The common link within these three?
What brings you down can rise you up if you haven't had enough, given up.

Verse 1:
I never thought that we'd be in this waste.
I never forsaw us trapped in this place.
I never thought that things would go so wrong and so far .
But it seems that everytime I try, I only get so far.
It gets so hard.
Initailly I thought it'd be a different circumstance.
But as it just happens, everytime I try again
it starts to spin.
But it seems that everytime I go,
it turns to smoke.
Now I go for broke, but it seems that
everytime I try, I die a little on the inside.
Everytime I fail and try again; fail and try again.
C:
Don't you dare walk away and leave me to die.
You were before, now tell me that you're still on my side.
I can't believe that you would want to throw it away.
After all we've done, no longer on the same page.

Verse 2:
"I do not understand why he won't quit.
His dream is hard; not making us profit.
I can't believe he wants to throw away
his whole life."
But it feels like everything I do always just falls in two.
It turns so blue.
Initially I thought I'd see a different set of plans,
but as it just happens, everytime I find a way
it starts to change.
But it feels like everytime I crawl, I start to fall,
then I find a wall.
Now it feels like I gotta make it move, gotta see this through.
Everytime I take another step, that much more is left.

Verse 3:
"I wish he'd hurry up and finish this.
It's like all that he does is evermix.
Why can't he ever just learn to move on,
but so far...."
But it seems that we had different paths; didn't last.
Didn't stand a chance beyond the blast.
Didn't know the aftermath that it had,
or the initial impact that it would grab.
I didn't know how far I had to go, once on this road.
But we gotta read the story before we unfold.
But just because it's hard doesn't mean you gotta quit.
When you love something enough, you gotta stay by it.

Bridge:
So as I look back, I'd do so much more (of it) differently.
Even though it's probably not destined to be, I'd probably try to my demise.
So as I look back, I'd do so much more (of it) differently.
Even though it's probably not destined to be, I'd probably try to my demise.
So it's the pain that comes with the truth of it all,
that doesn't sit well with me, or you.
But it all seemed to be on different ways that couldn't change
their course, or hang up their voice.
It seemed that either they'd divide, or they'd collide.
So here's my own path on 18 tracks.
Here's the last few years of grief that never sleeps,
locked inside a box.
The dream that never seemed to go away, placed inside a cage,
just waiting for the break/escape.
Our only hope is opening our scope,
a lesson in perception
I pray it is the right direction.
Track Name: Facing Oblivion
Facing Oblivion
Some things are better left unsaid.
Sometimes you're better left off dead.
But then every once in awhile,
there comes a time when you've just gotta wake up and face the music that you just don't want to hear.
(You) can't displace the bruisers from the sear. And the scars, they hurt so hard. . .
And all the years... it just seems to fall upon deaf ears.
It seems that every little piece has a different point of view. I wonder what true vision would look like, without the divide down the center; like a winter cold splinter of december.
I remember when is was a lot simpler....
I remember all the bliss that I sometimes miss.
But then again, I never knew what I was getting into, until the end.
So I guess, "Let's begin from the beginning", is where many of us would choose to then discuss.
The bumps and the ruts from experience, hence the toll they take
on the wearer that had made them what they are so far.
And here's the part - after coming around again. Full spin.
Felt like I've been here before, and ya know,
it was 67th time that I had been in that shoe.
But the inclination still seeped through.
All the cracks in my wall that I had patched up
still managed to collapse from the strain of the past.
I just happened to have another relapse of sorts.
Of course, it took more than a few times
before I realised what had been going on so long.
So far the same old concepts and attempts would present themselves and miss, and then everyone would just dismiss it before analysis was given.
Whether it be your usual distractions of addiction,
liquor, and/or of prescription.
And should I mention, the matter of disclosure for those posers
who would hope to gain from this admission;
when I bring this to the attention.
But the details would seek to keep the others
from falling down the same disastrous paths.
Perhaps they might master a better enclosure,
and keep better composure under the pressure.
How do you measure the distance that the attention
span would command?
How should we value the power of a brand?
Or the grip of the hand shake, or a break in the link,
like the sink into sand?
How do you squint into the scope of the whole thing?
How do you measure the difference of revisions verses bad decisions.
How do you step back for a picture that's bigger than anything you had imagined?
And could we handle knowing everything that happened?
How do we handle the idea of never answering the same old basic
"What's?", and "Why's"?
I mean, I've been asking the same old questions all my life.
The same old Hello's and Goodbye's.
And frankly, I've grown to despise it all lately.
Wait! Don't count me out just yet.
A misinterpretation of my motivations, I suspect.
If you really knew me for who I was
then you'd know what I wasn't.
Oh yea, because society dictates that you have to judge first and think later.
Don't cater just to fit in.
If you gotta rot your soul just to feel any control.
If you're as strong as you brag, you won't take the g#d d#mn easiest path.
You'll make it work. You'll find a way.
And pay attention to the things that you win,
and, of course, what you've lost.
Don't lose everything for the cause.
You gotta learn to take time and pause- Who we are and why it is -
Don't just go and skip right over it.
Forget what they have said.
Don't let yourself get caught in regret.
I mean, be sure to mourn those that you've scorned and imposed upon,
and then find ways to not repeat and carry on.
And then find ways to pass along.
End song.
